1. Can you put my logo on your products?

Yes, your logo can be placed on any of our products. When ordering a product from us, please place it on the artwork of your order and also send a separate copy that has only your logo. Please note if you send more than one copy of artwork, then we will use the first copy we receive in our office. If the second artwork you sent has already been printed and is sitting at our warehouse before we receive the first one, then that one will be used.

2. What do I do if my package arrives damaged?

Please inspect all packages upon arrival before signing for them to ensure that they were not damaged in transit. Please contact Diamond Crystal Brands if you notice any damage.

3. How much will it cost to change my package artwork?

The cost for changing your artwork is dependent on the product and quantity of the changes requested. Please contact Diamond Crystal Brands for specific pricing and more information on changing your artwork.

4. What is the turnaround time for my package?

Depending upon how busy we are, you can expect to receive a response from us within one business day or less if we can meet your request within our standard turnaround time. Most packages can be completed in as little as 24 hours.

5. How is my package shipped?

Diamond Crystal Brands ships via UPS. If you are shipping a box, it must be in a box. The inside of the box must be padded and padded dividers can be used to separate different parts of your product into different boxes so your boxes arrive intact and safe with no broken glass, plates or food that can cause illness for your customers.

6. What do I do if my package does not arrive?

Upon arrival, please inspect all packages before signing for them to ensure that they were not damaged in transit. If the package is damaged, please note that on the proof of delivery. If the package has not arrived within 72 hours of shipping, please contact Diamond Crystal Brands
